By visiting our website and accessing the information, resources, services, products, and tools we provide, you understand and agree to accept and adhere to the following terms and conditions as stated in this policy (hereafter referred to as ‘User Agreement’), along with the terms and conditions as stated in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to change this User Agreement from time to time without notice. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this User Agreement periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of this site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms and conditions.
REFUND POLICY
We ensure 100% customer satisfaction for all our services. However, the refund policy is available to accommodate the customers’ concerns. All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:
- If request for refund is made after 48 hours of initial design/service delivery then you would not be eligible for any refund.
- No refund request will be entertained if you have posted revision on any of the initial design samples provided.
- All refund requests should be communicated to the support department. Analog.com.pk, based on the violation of your user agreement reserves the right to approve/disapprove your request on an individual case to case basis.
- Money Back Guarantee is valid till 6 days of order placement, provided that other terms are applied.
- There are no refunds for rush service charges design fees and 24 hour rush changes are non-refundable.
- There are no refunds or Money Back Guarantee on Digital Marketing services.
- In result of unsatisfactory designs, you can claim your refund via two modes

2) Email us on any official ID - In case of refund approval, client will get his amount credited back within next 6-7 Business Days.
- We won’t entertain or refund any orders if the client stays non-responsive for 15 Days but client can send us an email to hold the project if there is some personal issue. Also if the client is non-responsive for more than 60 Days then the client has to pay an extra caution fee i.e. PKR. 1500 for re-initiating the project.
- In case of finalizing one part of the order the customer won’t be eligible for a refund for the rest of the remaining package.

Delivery Policy
All design order files are delivered to Account Area as per the date specified on the “Order Confirmation”. An e-mail is also sent to inform the client about their design/service order delivery made to their specific account area. All policies pertaining to revision & refund are subject to date and time of design/service order delivered to client’s account area.

We deliver all our customized orders via e-mail within 2 to 3 days of receiving your order.

Record Maintenance
We keep a record of your finalized design once we provide you the final files.
If you require the final files again in the future we can send them to you at your request.

Clause of Use
If a project has been abandoned in terms of approvals or specifications, based on the lack of any written communication between the client and the account manager for a period of at least 15 days then the project will be deemed as closed.
Closed Projects:
Closed Project is a project that has been either delivered in full or wasn’t claimed for a period of at least 30 days and Analog CO cannot be held liable after the stated time duration.
Variation
Analog Co. may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time. Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of this website from the date of the publication of the revised terms and conditions on this website. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.
Breaches of These Terms and Conditions
Without prejudice to Analog Co other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, we may take such action as Analog Co deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.
